Nail fungus — known clinically as onychomycosis — is a common infection that affects the nail plate, causing discolouration, thickening, and progressive brittleness. The nail may turn yellow, brown, or white, and can become crumbly or distorted over time. Fungal infections thrive in warm, moist environments and spread easily between nails. They are frequently contracted in shared spaces such as swimming pools, gym changing rooms, or through shared footwear. Without treatment, the infection can worsen, become painful, and prove increasingly difficult to resolve.
SOLUTION
MAVA-MED is a targeted antifungal nail solution developed specifically to address fungal nail infections effectively. Its "Instant Killer" complex acts directly against fungi, stopping spread and supporting the nail's healing process. Enriched with lavender and eucalyptus essential oils, lactic acid, and urea, it creates an actively hostile environment for fungal growth while nourishing and protecting the nail plate throughout treatment. Apply MAVA-MED twice daily to clean, thoroughly dried nails. Continue consistently for several weeks until the infection has cleared and healthy new nail growth is clearly visible. Ingredients
We source our ingredients and raw materials from the nearest suppliers in Switzerland to reduce our carbon footprint. We also increasingly use ingredients that are readily biodegradable. In particular, we do not use plastic microbeads nor cyclopentasiloxane (D5), which contribute to ocean pollution.
Packaging
Whenever possible, we package our products without a box or cellophane and in recycled and recyclable materials (including plastic and glass) to reduce waste. We have also implemented clear labelling on product packaging to assist you in knowing which part of the packaging can be recycled and how.
Manufacturing
Whenever possible, we manufacture under cold conditions to reduce energy consumption. We are also implementing strict waste separation and recycling processes in our production site and warehouses, including that of our Canadian distributor.
