Concentrated in Fleischer Willowherb, a rare persistent Alpine species rich in flavonoids (anti-inflammatory and antioxidant), the Perfecting Foaming Cleanser inhibits the activity of the 5-alpha-reductase, enzyme responsible for sebum production. Diminishing the activity of this enzyme in this way is the most effective method to visibly reduce sebum production, without drying out skin. It also contains Witch Hazel water, a shrub used for centuries for its disinfectant and anti-inflammatory properties. Its richness in tannins and flavonoids provides astringent, toning and purifying properties. In the PORE DETOX line, we use a distillation of freshly cut and partly dried branches to preserve all its properties for the skin. Formulated with pure Alpine water and enriched with demo-soothing Swiss Mallow flower extract. Free from mineral oil, phthalates, sodium laureth sulfate, soap and paraben.
